Billingham Town FC

The club have moved swiftly to appoint Barry Oliver and Paul Edwards as a joint management team as we look towards building for the 2018-19 season.

Chairman Paul Beddow said, "On behalf of Billingham Town Football Club, I am delighted to announce that Barry Oliver will once again take over the reigns, but this time in a joint role alongside former Wolviston, Thornaby and Darlington RA manager, Paul Edwards.

"Both Barry and Paul bring with them a vast amount of experience and knowledge within the Northern League scene, allowing the club the ability to delve into a database of contacts and players.

"We would also like to take this opportunity in thanking James Hunter & Harry Taylor for their contributions as Manager & Assistant Manager respectively, during a difficult time within the clubs history. James and Harry were highly thought of within the club and we are sure both lads will succeed in their future endeavours."

Further announcements will be made in due course and there will be an interview via You Tube involving both Barry and Paul to come. There will also be a quick catch-up with Chairman Paul Beddow who has been incredibly busy behind the scenes of late.

Clearly, this is an exciting time to be a part of Billingham Town and already, pre-season preparations are taking place with the possibility of several attractive looking friendlies on the agenda. Please check out our website, Facebook and Twitter for all news & views on The Blues.
